Interim Accountant
£42,000 - £48,000 + benefits

Our client is looking to recruit an interim Accountant. The company are a growing retailer and have forecasts to expand their operation over the next two years but first need to get the accounts sorted.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Balance sheet reconciliations will be the primary priority; you will be able to review and validate the accuracy of the accrual journals which may require them to get into detail
- Monthly management reporting
- Assist with year-end, able to review and investigate year end differences and close out those issues
- Take responsibility for historical issues and be able to reconcile and close out
- You may also need to carry out bank reconciliations
To be successful you will ideally be an experienced accountant who is immediately available to start. You will have good attention to detail, and a willingness to get stuck in and assist with a variety of tasks.
