Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Derbyshire
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 Benefits (DOE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a well-established and growing organisation with a strong international presence. This role offers the chance to take on a commercially focused finance position, supporting key business decisions and driving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock valuation and aging, providing financial insights to senior stakeholders.
- Lead commercial finance projects to support business growth.
- Prepare and analyse subsidiary management accounts.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis.
- Conduct stock valuations, reconciliations, and cost analysis.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain stock costing data across multiple entities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
- Experience in stock reporting, valuations, and provisions.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Navision desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence decision-making.
