**Duties as a Manufacturing Operative:**
- Utilize tools to assemble parts or components for product construction.
- Safely transport goods to designated locations, ensuring efficient and secure movement.
- Assist in goods transfer between manufacturing sites.
- Verify that picked goods meet quality standards and quantity requirements per Quality Control protocols.
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of goods through the ERP system.
- Reference and follow documentation like drawings and BoM's.
- Contribute to process improvement and quality enhancement.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Forklift truck experience is a plus.
- Possession of a clean driving license.
- Strong IT proficiency.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly while complying with health and safety protocols.
