Castlefield are currently working with a leading local organisation to recruit a Stock Coordinator on an initial 3 month temporary basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to someone with administrative experience that is looking for a full time role and to develop their skillset in a very supportive environment. There is a strong possibility of extension beyond the initial 3 month temporary contract. Free parking is available on site.

Duties will include;

-              Restock goods 

-              Maintain stock records both manually and on the internal database

-              Deal with a wide range of internal queries from different stakeholders within the

-              Entering and recording data for stock serial numbers and tracking expiry dates

-              Ensure accurate and timely paperwork

-              Ad-hoc duties when required

Person:

-              Excellent Communication Skills

-              Data entry skills

-              Hold strong system skills - including MS Excel

-              Administrative and/or pharmaceutical experience
