Join a leading manufacturer in the Rolling Stock industry, specializing in train modifications and refurbishments across the UK and Ireland. Our expertise includes train interior modifications and control systems for train doors.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Product Support Coordinator to manage our team of field-based Product Support Engineers (PSEs) working on rolling stock modifications. While your primary responsibility will be coordinating the PSEs' workload and locations, occasional travel to sites for direct support will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination: Manage the workload and deployment of Product Support Engineers (PSEs).
Modification Programs: Oversee and assist with train interior modifications.
Technical Support: Travel to sites as needed to diagnose and resolve issues, providing support to PSEs.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure project success.
Mechanical/Electrical Expertise: Apply your technical knowledge to efficiently complete tasks.
The Successful Candidate:

Minimum 3 years of experience with large vehicles, ideally in Rolling Stock.
NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical or electrical discipline; dual-skilled is a plus.
Full, clean driving license.
Experience in train interior modifications and fault finding preferred.
The Package:

Overtime paid at a flat rate.

28 days holiday.
