We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Controller for our clients Commercial site in the South Normanton area. This is a superb opportunity for a Maintenance Controller to work for a busy and well-established leading market company.

Maintenance Controller responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Develop, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
- Monitor and track inventory of spare parts and tools to ensure availability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex equipment issues.
- Provide support to the operations team in achieving production targets.
Maintenance Controller requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination or similar roles within the Engineering, Manufacturing, or Automotive sectors.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- IT literate
