Technical Aftersales Coordinator - Mechanical/Electrical - Derby

About the Role:We are recruiting for a Technical Aftersales Coordinator to join a well-established company in Derby, specialising in railway component repairs. This role involves managing client relationships, handling repairs, and ensuring smooth aftersales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients
  • Prepare and manage commercial proposals for repairs and new materials
  • Handle non-conformance reports (NCR) for faulty parts received
  • Repair mechanical/electrical components where possible
  • Potential travel across the UK to visit clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic background
  • Experience in the railway industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Good commercial awareness and communication skills
  • A valid UK driving license
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as needed
