Location: Derby (with UK travel)Pay: Competitive, depending on experienceDriving License Required
About the Role:We are recruiting for a Technical Aftersales Coordinator to join a well-established company in Derby, specialising in railway component repairs. This role involves managing client relationships, handling repairs, and ensuring smooth aftersales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients
- Prepare and manage commercial proposals for repairs and new materials
- Handle non-conformance reports (NCR) for faulty parts received
- Repair mechanical/electrical components where possible
- Potential travel across the UK to visit clients
What We're Looking For:
- Strong mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic background
- Experience in the railway industry (preferred but not essential)
- Good commercial awareness and communication skills
- A valid UK driving license
- Willingness to travel across the UK as needed
