Bennett and Game are representing a multi award winning concrete manufacturer and supplier in Derbyshire, seeking an ambitious Project Manager or a candidate with relevant experience who is eager to step into the role. The successful individual will have the opportunity to be mentored by the senior Project Manager and become a key member of their dynamic team. With 99 years' worth of experience and multiple offices across the U.K, our client has gained an excellent reputation within the industry. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including public realm developments, landscaping initiatives, and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on concrete and bridge specifications.



Project Manager Job Overview

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of precast concrete projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any delays or potential risks.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure all costs are accurately tracked and reported.
  • Supervise and lead on-site teams, ensuring they are following project plans and safety protocols.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.


Project Manager Job Requirements

  • Managerial experience
  • Knowledge of Concrete Products: Familiarity with precast concrete design and production processes.
  • Previous experience working with steel and natural stone
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to commute to Derbyshire office


Project Manager Salary & Benefits
