Ensure all monthly and ad-hoc invoices are raised correctly and invoice values are maximised
Process weekly and monthly reporting as per the requirement of the customer, showcasing all necessary data
Efficiently organise routes for the drivers based on priority works
Data inputting: verifying and correcting data where necessary; obtaining further information for incomplete records
Manage customer portals to ensure all info is up-to-date
Collaborate with other departments that may require the Trolleywise service for ad-hoc work
Essential
Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience
Enthusiastic and a good team player
Ability to work quickly whilst maintaininghigh levels of accuracy
Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail
Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.
Good customer service skills
Ability to learn dedicated software programs i.e. apps and portals
