Job Description:

As a
Trolleywise Coordinator you will provide an end to end service from taking abandoned trolley requests from customers & general public to co-ordinating the activities of the drivers.The successful applicant will be self-motivated, organised, calm and a confident and clear communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To write and respond to customers in a timelyand professional manner by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes.

  • To act with autonomy - taking responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction.

  • Ensure all monthly and ad-hoc invoices are raised correctly and invoice values are maximised

  • Process weekly and monthly reporting as per the requirement of the customer, showcasing all necessary data

  • Efficiently organise routes for the drivers based on priority works

  • Data inputting: verifying and correcting data where necessary; obtaining further information for incomplete records

  • Manage customer portals to ensure all info is up-to-date

  • Collaborate with other departments that may require the Trolleywise service for ad-hoc work


Skills and Qualifications:

Essential

  • Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience

  • Enthusiastic and a good team player

  • Ability to work quickly whilst maintaininghigh levels of accuracy

  • Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail

  • Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.

  • Good customer service skills

  • Ability to learn dedicated software programs i.e. apps and portals
