Insite Stores Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our customer sites and we are looking for a customer centric person to be our insite stores supervisor.

As Stores Supervisor, you will be tasked with supervising the onsite Warehouse, ensuring the customer site is supplied with relevant orders, as well as taking stock checks and generally providing support to the overall site.

An experienced Stores/Warehouse Supervisor, you will have experience of working in a busy warehouse and ideally have MRO experience. You will also be computer literate and have experience and the capability of moving heavy and sometimes bulky items.

In this role you will report into the Insite Manager and liaise regularly with the local branch staff. Therefore, experience of processing goods in and out is a must for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a Stores/Warehouse environment to join a great team!

You will develop relationships with relevant stakeholders including engineering managers, procurement managers and facilities managers whilst also identifying and executing growth opportunities for Rubix.

In an ideal world it would be great for you to have knowledge of our products and services, but this isnt essential. It would also be advantageous if you have experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment, but again this isnt essential.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to juggle competing priorities
  • Commercially astute to identify opportunities for spend consolidation and cost savings for the customer.
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential.
