Main Duties

Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in the smooth running of the store in order to achieve sales. Provide exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment, promoting and selling premium cookware products. Supervising employees, managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and manage the team in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
  • Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on our cookware products.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Cash up in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist with stock control and checks, including receiving, unpacking and organising merchandise.
  • Ensure the store is well stocked, organised, clean and tidy by undertaking all housekeeping duties.
