Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator, with a strong background in Document Control, for a temporary 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in rebranding efforts, including revising logos and updating multiple PDF documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for uploading a large volume of documents to the company’s online document management system. This role is well-suited for someone who has experience in administrative tasks and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rebrand and revise logos, formatting, and updating documents.
  • Upload and organize hundreds of documents onto the company’s document management system.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
  • Work closely with the Head of Technical Compliance to ensure document accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administration or document control role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PDF management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
