Organisation & Role

Brightwork have partnered with a global manufacturing brand, headquartered in Glasgow. A Programme Manager is required to lead on an Oracle HCM implementation. The position holder will take the lead in designing and implementing the innovative HR system globally. You will be responsible for executing and developing a solution that manages all HR-related initiatives.

Skillset:

Programme Manager / Director within 10+ years delivery experience within HR domains.

Extensive experience delivering Oracle HCM across a variety of industries.

A strong understanding of HCM systems.

Demonstrated experience in leading complex and rapidly evolving strategic initiatives within an international organisation, coupled with a validated capacity to oversee numerous projects concurrently.

Ability to oversee and implement essential strategic initiatives, whilst directing project activities (planning, reporting, budgeting).

Confident, driven leader who can support the HR team through the transformation.

Effectively influence and present to senior business and IT stakeholders and are adept at challenging traditional ways of doing things, conflict resolution and negotiation.

A qualification in an industry-recognized change methodology, e.g., PMI PMP, APM, Scrum.Org, SAFe, Prince2.
