This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards across the site. Your expertise will contribute significantly to maintaining a culture of safety and compliance throughout the construction phase.

  • Accident and Incident Investigations: Lead thorough investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses. Compile detailed reports, share lessons learned, and contribute to the continuous improvement of SHE practices.
  • Documentation Review: Critically review safety documentation, such as Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Construction Phase Plans (CPPs), for E&I works, ensuring they meet health and safety requirements.
  • Site Inspections and Advising: Conduct regular site visits, advising site and project management on health, safety, and environmental matters and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Best Practice Promotion: Encourage and promote best practices in SHE across all levels of the project, supporting a proactive safety culture.
  • Training and Awareness: Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings focused on health, safety, and well-being, tailored to construction-specific and E&I-related themes.
