Part time - 18 hours per week
We are currently seeking a skilled Handy Person to work on a temporary contract in Allloa. Work will be looking after the campus grounds and building.
Hours are 2pm to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 1pm to 5pm Fridays.
Main Duties:
- Gritting and Snow clearance
- Key holder - opening and closing building
- Fire safety testing
- Basic reactive repairs
What we are looking for:
- Previous estates/ commercial handy person experience
- Experience with basic trades - Joinery, plumbing and painting
- Experience working with commercial alarms
- PVG or recent Enhanced Disclosure - preferred
A PVG/ Enhanced disclosure will need to be completed for the successful applicant if one isn't already in place.
