A prominent general building contractor in central Scotland is seeking an experienced, part-time, Business Development Manager to join their team - our client is flexible on discussion around number of hours per week.
The successful candidate will be focused on maintaining and growing current accounts but also looking to target new customers to support the growth of our business.
 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of information
- Identify opportunities to acquire new business from both prospective and current clients
- Address inquiries effectively to secure new business.
- Provide regular, timely, and accurate reports on the progress toward planned objectives
- Proactively monitor market activity and trends and share insights with relevant departments.
- Objection handling and complaints
