Personal Assistant to Directors - Maternity Cover

Aztec West | Hybrid (2 days WFH)

Full-Time | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | 4/5 days per week (flexible)
16.50 per hour (PAYE)

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Directors and wider team during a busy maternity cover period. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries for Directors and the wider team
  • Schedule meetings, book rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements (including international trips)
  • Organise events, accommodation, and interviews
  • Handle daily scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth workflows
  • Escort visitors and support with field visits
  • Set up meetings and manage logistics for the team
  • Act as the go-to person for day-to-day support needs
  • Ensure accurate and efficient document management and classification
  • Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing complex diaries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent French is beneficial but not essential
