An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join a dynamic team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the wider team with administrative and customer service duties.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage diaries and data accurately
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Handling enquiries efficiently via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Managing bookings for customer training across multiple Centres
- Ensuring stock levels for training and display materials are maintained and updated
- Keeping communal and reception areas clean and presentable
- Liaising with internal teams, including sales and service staff, to ensure clear communication and accuracy in training-related activities
- Promoting brand awareness and training opportunities at every interaction.
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £24,385
Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5pm (some flexibility may be required)
Bonus Scheme
