As an Administrative Assistant, you will be involved with:
- Front office management: greeting visitors, handling phone inquiries, and directing queries.
- Maintaining accurate student records and data entry.
- Supporting the coordination of school events, meetings, and schedules.
- Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices and orders.
- Managing and distributing school communications and correspondence.
- Liaising with school staff, parents, and external stakeholders as required.
About you:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school or educational setting. (Desirable)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with school management systems (desired but not essential).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications/ requirements:- Previous experience working in an administrative role (desirable but not essential).
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with school management systems (desired but not essential).
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide references upon request
- Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
