What's involved?
As the Head Chef, you will lead a talented team in creating and delivering an exciting daytime menu for both takeaway and dine-in customers, as well as catering for events.
You will manage all kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff training, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety. Effective waste management and cost control will also be key responsibilities in your role.
