Bookkeeping and Admin Assistant

Salary: Up to 30K

Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) Fairly flexible with start time and finish time

Location: Alton Office

Our client is a workplace strategy, architectural and interior design practice with integrated construction capabilities. Duties of Bookkeeper and Administrator

  • Bookkeeping duties keep day to day accounts and invoicing up to date
  • Software used Xero
  • Load & cleanse data on our CRM (Pipedrive).
  • Reviewing companies already on CRM/loading on new (some may be from an Excel file).
  • Confirming address, phone number (typically through google search).
  • Confirming target profile (number of employees etc.)
  • Identifying the correct contact (likely to involve a review of website/LinkedIn).
  • Setting up a call activity for one of our team.

The Person

  • Previous experience in an accounting position
  • Confident in managing invoices and bookkeeping duties
  • Experience with Xero desirable but not essential
  • Enthusiastic, team player
  • Good telephone manor
  • Dynamic individual willing to cover a range of tasks
