Bookkeeping and Admin Assistant
Salary: Up to 30K
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) Fairly flexible with start time and finish time
Location: Alton Office

Duties of Bookkeeper and Administrator
- Bookkeeping duties keep day to day accounts and invoicing up to date
- Software used Xero
- Load & cleanse data on our CRM (Pipedrive).
- Reviewing companies already on CRM/loading on new (some may be from an Excel file).
- Confirming address, phone number (typically through google search).
- Confirming target profile (number of employees etc.)
- Identifying the correct contact (likely to involve a review of website/LinkedIn).
- Setting up a call activity for one of our team.
The Person
- Previous experience in an accounting position
- Confident in managing invoices and bookkeeping duties
- Experience with Xero desirable but not essential
- Enthusiastic, team player
- Good telephone manor
- Dynamic individual willing to cover a range of tasks
