Customer Service Team leader - Alton Circa 35,000 - Perm plus company bonus
Office based Monday - Friday
We are recruiting for a motivational hands-on Team Leader to join our client's successful company who have been supplying the Construction industry for over 20 years.
The role
You will be leading a small team of 5 people with a very hands-on technique. Dealing with all customer service administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Including order processing, answering calls, and dealing with various customer/supplier enquiries.
You will be leading the team by example in a fast-paced high-pressure environment making sure that there is clear communication between all areas of the company. The role will also require weekly reporting to the sales manager and constantly looking for ways to improve the customer service.
Key duties
* Lead a small team by example and motivation
* Efficiently handle and process all orders with accuracy
* Handle all customer/supplier enquiries in a timely manner
* Ensure all customer contacts are logged on CRM
* Work with all departments to ensure the customer needs are met
* Analyse all customer issues and assist to resolve all within required timeframe
* Comply with existing Company processes and engage in a continuous improvement manner.
Skills required
* Previous Supervisory or Team leading experience either office or Retail based.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Accuracy with good attention to detail.
* Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Have a can-do, problem-solving attitude and ability to work fast paced in a high-pressure environment
* Excellent telephone skills
* High level of Commitment and determined approach to outbound calling
* Quick and efficient working style with positive approach
* Excellent ability to complete regular tasks on your own
