Our client is looking for someone who has a desire to learn and continue to grow with the role.You will need to have had previous administration experience of 1 year minimum and MUST be a driver.As the Office Administrator you will enjoy:• 25 - 30k dependent on experience• 20 days Holidays (rising with loyalty to a max. of 25 days) + Bank Holidays• Flexible working hours between 32 - 37.5 hours per week. The company's core hours are 09.00 - 17.30 (Mon-Thur) with a 14:30 finish on Fridays!• Bonuses based on company performance• Private medical cover (after 6 months probation)• Contributory Pension plan (employer matching pension up to 5%)• Working in a close-knit, friendly and supportive teamAs the Office Administrator your responsibilities will include:• Providing Office Support: transferring inbound calls, scanning, printing and maintaining company documents, providing various administrative and travel support• Purchasing Support: reviewing and maintaining the supplier database and supplier contact list• Quality Support: assisting with customer and supplier RMAs• Logistics Support: actioning Goods Received Notes, conducting stock takes• Sales Administration Support: assisting the Sales Administrator with sales enquiries, sales order processing and quotes• and more!Who we're looking for:If you're an organised, sharp and experienced Administrator who wants to immerse themselves into a varied role, we'd love to hear from you!
