- Managing the payroll inbox, directing and dealing with any queries
- Handling queries from internal managers, HR and employees about overtime, shift allowances, changes of details etc.
- Analysing payroll data and running reports ahead of 2 payroll dates per month
- Month end payroll reconciliations
- Supporting the Finance Director with pension administration – uploading reports and cleansing data
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Payroll Administrator / Payroll Assistant / Payroll Clerk / HR & Payroll Assistant / Finance and Payroll Assistant
- Strong payroll experience – you enjoy all things payroll!
- Competence with Excel, able to manipulate large data sets
- A methodical and detailed approach
- Part-time hours 22.5 per week, with flexibility
