Role Overview:- Location: Alton
- Basic Salary: £24,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

- Qualifying Applicants: Register applicants and match them to appropriate properties.
- Customer Relations: Develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Property Offers: Select good quality buyers and make offers to vendors.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Valuations: Book property valuations and manage the associated process.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant lettings legislation.
- General Office Support: Assist with general office duties as directed by the line manager.
