Role Overview:
  • Location: Alton

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualifying Applicants: Register applicants and match them to appropriate properties.
  • Customer Relations: Develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Property Offers: Select good quality buyers and make offers to vendors.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Valuations: Book property valuations and manage the associated process.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant lettings legislation.
  • General Office Support: Assist with general office duties as directed by the line manager.
