This is a really interesting role which provides responsibility, autonomy and the chance to shape a business as it gears up for growth. Substantial PE backing and a supportive and experienced Executive Team is in place: the role of Financial Controller will be the final addition to the Senior Leadership Team. The next couple of years are all about providing the right platform, controls and mindset for growth. The market opportunity is strong, the product offering equally so. Progress to date has been very impressive and as a result the people, office environment and culture all stand out as big positives. If you are happy to lead by example and assume responsibility for representing finance across the wider business, fostering positive working relationships and ensuring that communication is clear and concise, then this role may potentially appeal. I am keen to engage with Qualified Accountants who are seeking circa £75,000 and can be based in Manchester City Centre for three to four days per week. The appetite to lead by example and immerse yourself in the detail will be key.
