As Financial Reporting Accountant you will play a critical role in maintaining the technical reporting requirements of the business. You will be responsible for assisting with preparation of financial statements for a number of legal entities as well as managing areas of financial records.

Description

  • Have responsibilitiy for the group reporting packs as well as the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual statuory board presentations
  • Prearation of month-end accounts for multiple entities, under IFRS
  • Assist with quartlery reviews and annual audits of the consolidated group
  • Support with intercompany activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and settlement.
  • Work with the wider Reporting team to ensure accurate and timily regulatory filings.
  • Participate in cross-training and support ad-hoc tasks, as required.

Profile

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • This role would suit someone who has come from an Audit background, smaller practice or Big 4.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
