Your responsibilities will include:

Producing accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reports
Conducting detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and business strategy
Ensuring full compliance with all relevant financial regulations and procedures
Preparing for and assisting with the statutory audit process
Supporting the the business with ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting
Identifying areas for process improvements and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Liaising with other departments to provide financial insight and advice

Key Skills preferred

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or working towards qualification
Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis
Proven ability to manage compliance and statutory audit processes
High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
Strong proficiency in financial software and Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts to non financial stakeholders
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
