- Producing accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Conducting detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and business strategy
- Ensuring full compliance with all relevant financial regulations and procedures
- Preparing for and assisting with the statutory audit process
- Supporting the the business with ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting
- Identifying areas for process improvements and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Liaising with other departments to provide financial insight and advice
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or working towards qualification
- Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis
- Proven ability to manage compliance and statutory audit processes
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts to non financial stakeholders
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
