Your role will include assisting with the creation of annual budgets, attending on-site client meetings, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements. Regular communication with stakeholders will be essential, and you will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced team, efficiently managing your time and workload.What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you should be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant. You will need to be a quick learner with the ability to work independently. Experience in a management accounting role within a busy finance function is essential, including liaising with non-finance teams and meeting tight deadlines. You should be proactive, commercially minded, and hardworking, ideally with experience handling high volumes.
