Management Accountant

Management Accountant - £45-60k - Altrincham/Hybrid

We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing Finance team based in Altrincham. This hands-on role involves closely supporting and reporting to the Finance Director, overseeing day-to-day management reporting aspects of the Finance function to help drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and analysing management accounts and business progress reports.
• Conducting balance sheet reconciliations, including the preparation of accruals and prepayments, and maintaining the fixed asset register.
• Preparing and analysing budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and general financial management reports.
• Monitoring and managing cash flow, debt, and WIP control processes, as well as the outstanding value of work.
• Reporting on key performance indicators and trends influencing business performance, and developing measures and initiatives to drive improvement, including proactively enhancing reporting processes.
• Undertaking financial administration tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA part qualified or qualified accountant.
• Previous experience in a professional services environment
