- Manage the internal management system and oversee billing processes (training provided).
- Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries for all Partners.
- Set up Zoom/Teams calls and coordinate meetings, including creating agendas and taking minutes.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external contacts as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Anti-Money Laundering officer and gain an understanding of AML procedures (training provided).
- Perform photocopying, printing, and scanning of various documents.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, including archiving files.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post using a franking machine.
- Assist in arranging both in-house and external events, attending when necessary.
- Provide support to the team and office manager.
- Efficiently transcribe dictations, including both audio and copy typing (previous experience is desirable but not essential)Â
