Connections The Recruitment Specialists is proud to partner with a well-established financial services provider, offering Mortgage services to customers across the UK. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Mortgage Helpdesk Advisor to join their growing team. While experience in financial services would be a distinct advantage, full training is provided for the right candidate.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Handling inbound mortgage enquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on mortgage products, ensuring advisers receive accurate and timely information.
  • Completing fact-finds and offering tailored recommendations to advisers to help meet their clients' needs.
  • Answering queries about mortgage solutions, highlighting product benefits, and encouraging engagement with services.
