- Review client cases and handovers, ensuring recommendations are suitable and in line with compliance requirements.
- Calculate annual allowance carry-forwards and perform critical yield and income sustainability calculations using SJP software (training will be provided if needed).
- Draft templated suitability letters using SJP’s Aptus software, ensuring they are personalised to each client’s needs.
- Submit suitability letters to SJP’s Business Assurance team for approval.
- Address and resolve any feedback or remedial work as required following approval from the Business Assurance team.
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar back-office support role.
- Familiarity with SJP software (Aptus, and other tools) is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within compliance guidelines.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
