We are looking for a Business Development Executive in Altrincham
The role is a business development executive where you are opening and closing your own leads so a great opportunity to handle the full sales cycle.
Key responsibilities of this Business Development Executive role
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by open-closing leads, developing relationships, and closing sales
- Manage and track all leads and opportunities within the CRM system
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products/services and conduct needs assessments to align solutions to customer needs
- Prospect and close your own opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals from inbound leads
- Maintain sales administration including forecasts, pipeline reporting, and activity metrics
Required skills for this Business Development Executive:
- 2+ years experience in a B2B sales role with a track record of consistently meeting targets (Preferable)
- Proven ability to manage a sales cycle from end-to-end
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Persistent follow-up skills and ability to turn cold prospects into opportunities
- Experience delivering client presentations and product demonstrations
- Knowledge of sales methodology and performance metrics
- Autonomous self-starter who can also work collaboratively on a team
