What will you be doing as a Customer Account Manager?

  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and deadlines
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, handling queries, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Producing quotations for key accounts and ensuring order details are accurate
  • Liaising with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Keeping in regular contact with key clients, sending product samples, and introducing new products
  • Using a critical path to track orders and ensure clients are always informed
  • Attending industry expos and client meetings to strengthen business relationships
  • Sticking to service level agreements to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction


We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong background in customer service, account management, or client relations
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in using Excel and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, able to build lasting client relationships
  • Experience in retail account management (desirable but not essential)
