Head Chef

A great opportunity has arisen for a full time Head Chef to join us at Ringway Golf Club. We are a private members golf club with an active, friendly and welcoming membership where we also hire our function rooms for external events from parties and celebrations to business meetings.

As Head Chef you will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen and be able to manage, lead and motivate a small team whilst integrating with the wider team of the Club.

You will have previous experience working as part of a fast paced, quality driven culinary team, at Head Chef level, ideally within a reputable establishment.

• Provide daily food service for members and guests.
• Provide food service for events.
• Timely production of the kitchen rota.
• Assist with training the kitchen team.
• Development of daily specials and new function and bar menus.
• Placing orders and negotiating deals to be able to monitor and control food costs within budgeted guidelines.
• Manage the food safety management system.
