My client, a market leading financial institution located in Altrincham town centre are looking to recruit a customer service advisor on a part time 12-month fixed term contract.

  • Part Time Hours – Flexible, 23 hours per week across Monday to Friday and some Saturday mornings

The role includes engaging in conversations to find out our customers’ needs, providing information to customers about full savings ranges, and products and services offered. In branch you will support customers face to face, virtually and by outbound contact so we are reaching our customers at relevant times

Duties

  • Be the first point of contact, you’ll warmly welcome customers, both in-branch and over the phone
  • You’ll listen carefully to each customer’s unique circumstances and offer personalised solutions that meet their needs
  • You’ll proactively reach out to customers over the phone, identifying their needs and discussing how we can support them.
  • Maintain accurate records, using internal systems, you’ll ensure customer records are up-to-date and accurate, with a special focus on identifying and supporting vulnerable customers.
  • Adhere to policies, you’ll understand and adhere to our policies, standards, and controls, with comprehensive training and coaching to support you in your role.

Specification

  • Previous experience of interacting with customers in person or over the phone
  • Experience of delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond 
  • The ability to react fast when the day gets busy and handle a wide variety of different customers with excellent time management.
