What We Need From You:

  • Customer Experience: Previous experience interacting with customers, whether in person or over the phone, is essential. Your background could be in retail, food & beverage, guest services, or even the health/care sector.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well alongside others with a 'one-team' mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to react fast when the day gets busy and handle a wide variety of customers with excellent time management.
  • Growth Mindset: Desire and ability to grow, adapt, and change while accommodating business needs and priorities.
