Role Overview:
Educate GM is on the lookout for a Nursery Practitioner who shares our passion for early childhood education.
The role is full-time, for the full academic year and will commence ASAP. This great role will pay £95-£105 a day, depending on experience.
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Inspire: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that captivate young minds.
- Care: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Nurture: Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe: Monitor and assess children's development, celebrating their milestones.
- Organise: Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting environment.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Early Years Qualification or working towards one
- Experience working with young children
- Experience in UK schools/nurseries
- Enthusiasm
- Positive Attitude
- Caring and patient personality
- Exceptional communication skills
- a passion for helping children develop
- Great behaviour management
All candidates must have:
- A valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS)
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, and any employment breaks must be explained.
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
