Role Overview:

Educate GM is on the lookout for a Nursery Practitioner who shares our passion for early childhood education.

The role is full-time, for the full academic year and will commence ASAP. This great role will pay £95-£105 a day, depending on experience.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Inspire: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that captivate young minds.
  • Care: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Nurture: Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observe: Monitor and assess children's development, celebrating their milestones.
  • Organise: Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting environment.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Early Years Qualification or working towards one
  • Experience working with young children
  • Experience in UK schools/nurseries
  • Enthusiasm
  • Positive Attitude
  • Caring and patient personality
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • a passion for helping children develop
  • Great behaviour management

All candidates must have:

  • A valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS)
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, and any employment breaks must be explained.
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
