Description

  • Offering comprehensive administrative support to the Head.
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings swiftly.
  • Managing schedules, appointments and meetings.
  • Handling correspondence and communication.
  • Assisting in the planning and organisation of events.
  • Maintaining and updating records and databases.
  • Liaising with other departments and external organisations.
  • Preparing reports and presentations as required.
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the department.

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant should have:
