Description

Duties of the Executive Assistant:

* To support the MD and board* Manage executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.* Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries.* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.* Facilitate internal communication and handle confidential documents.* Organise and maintain the office filing system.* Manage expense reports and budgets.* Conduct research and prepare briefings.* Attend meetings and take detailed notes.

Profile

The successful Executive Assistant:

* Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.

* A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.

* Ability to manage processes as well as develop and implement new systems

* Work independently with minimal supervision making operations decisions for the company

* Background working as an experience Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Job Offer

The salary on offer is £40-50k depending on experience
