The Company:Our client is a well-established firm of Insolvency Practitioners based in Altrincham, providing expert insolvency and advisory services. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a supportive firm that provides hybrid working flexibility.

The Role:As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality client service. You will work closely with managers and partners to support case progression while mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and administrations.

  • Overseeing the day-to-day case administration process from appointment to closure.

  • Preparing statutory reports, documentation, and correspondence.

  • Conducting investigations into company affairs and identifying potential asset recoveries.

  • Liaising with creditors, directors, solicitors, and other stakeholders.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant insolvency legislation and best practices.

  • Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior team members.

  • Keeping case management systems updated and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate insolvency, ideally at a Senior Administrator level.

  • Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation, procedures, and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience managing cases from initiation to closure.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • CPI qualification (preferred but not essential).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insolvency case management software.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
