Broster Buchanan is excited to be partnering with our client, an amazing service sector business who have committed to their plans of growth resulting in the requirement of a Finance Director who with the support of the CFO will drive the operational finance function forward.  In this permanent role, you'll oversee a talented Finance team, ensuring the seamless execution of operational accounting functions, including month end reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. With a competitive salary range of GBP80,000 - GMP85,000, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's financial performance and strategic direction.Â
Preferred Requirements:
- Oversee operational accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Produce analysis of P&L by customer and detailed financial analysis of entity performance
- Manage cash flow & working capital, collaborate with the Group on reporting requirements, oversee the annual audit, and assist with budgets, re-forecasts etc.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports, analysing key financial metrics to support business decisions and performance improvement
- Implement and monitor internal controls, maintain robust financial processes, and ensure compliance in line with group standards
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
