SJC Partners have been mandated by a leading M&A Boutique to recruit an M&A Associate to take the lead in the execution of sell side transactions.  The firm have access to a particularly strong deal flow, from both a regularity and quality perspective and with a deal range of £20m to £500m across a wide range of sectors.  The successful individual will be involved in all stage of a deal from start to finish, including:  
  • Building complex financial models from scratch.
  • Undertaking analysis of company operational and financial performance, capital structure, legal documentation and valuation.
  • Leading in the drafting & preparation of deal materials.
  • Leading in the drafting of marketing materials including pitch books and company research.
  • Assisting in managing team analysts supporting you to carry out the above responsibilities and act as a quality control on their work product.
