This independent financial planning firm manages over £1 billion in client assets and is recognised as a Top 100 IFA. Operating from modern offices in Altrincham, the company boasts a team of 20-25 Financial Planners and a support staff exceeding 50, including 18 dedicated Paraplanners. The firm emphasises a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and long-term staff retention, with many team members having tenures exceeding five years.?

The Role

  • As a Paraplanner, you will be integral to the advice process, working closely with a designated Financial Planner while also contributing to a pooled work system that promotes flexibility and shared expertise. Your responsibilities will include:?
  • Conducting technical research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations.?
  • Preparing comprehensive suitability reports and financial plans.?
  • Utilising tools such as FinCalc for cashflow modelling, Intelligent Office, and FE Analytics.?
  • Participating in client meetings to provide technical insights and support.
  • Collaborating with Administrators to ensure efficient case management and client service.?

  • A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent).?
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in paraplanning within a financial advisory setting.?
