- Supporting underwriting colleagues with their pipeline applications.
- Monitoring and managing email inboxes for new enquiries and documents.
- Handling telephone enquiries from brokers and direct borrowers.
- Accurately managing the submission process and logging new enquiries on the CRM.
- Processing applications from receipt to submission, including fraud prevention checks.
- Packaging new applications, assessing cases, and requesting additional information.
- Requesting consent for 2nd charges from existing lenders.
- Managing a pipeline of 50 cases to achieve completion targets.
- Providing updates to customers and stakeholders, ensuring information is requested within service levels.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and notation of systems.
- Communicating clearly and consistently with brokers, introducers, customers, and colleagues.
- Preparing valuation, asset manager/project monitoring surveyor, and legal instructions for the underwriter.
- Annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000
