They are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis on a hybrid working model.

Your new role

As a HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle. This includes conducting background checks and references and creating comprehensive induction plans for new hires. You will be responsible for maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records. You will also manage benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and communication with employees.A key part of your role will be to support the implementation of a new performance management system. This will involve coordinating with various departments, providing training and support to employees, and ensuring the system is effectively integrated into the organisation.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • CIPD Level 3 Qualified or working towards
  • Confident and reliable
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience working in a HR/People Team
