  • Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain the company's HR Management System in alignment with ISO accreditation standards.
    • Manage employee timekeeping, absenteeism, disciplinary actions, and training records.
    • Assist management with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
    • Lead the recruitment process: draft job descriptions, prepare advertisements, screen applications, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
    • Ensure the company's compliance register is up-to-date, covering ISO certifications, SHEQ standards, Environmental and Health & Safety regulations, and other critical memberships.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and organise mandatory training sessions to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
    • Monitor and report on the company's compliance with First Aid and Hazardous Waste Alert Systems.
    • Work closely with external auditors for ISO and BAM compliance audits.
    What I'm Looking For
    • HR experience is essential; experience in compliance is a plus but not required.
    • A self-starter who is eager to learn and develop new skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
    • A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
