Job Description:As a Recruitment Resourcer specializing in temporary trades and labour, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts. Working closely with the team , you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging with skilled candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
