Position - Shared Ownership Conveyancer

This firm is renowned for its expertise in managing shared ownership purchase and resale transactions. Located in a vibrant office in Altrincham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of shared ownership purchase and resale transactions from start to finish
  • Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide guidance and support throughout the conveyancing process
  • Keep our case management system and relevant websites updated in real time, ensuring accurate records and timely updates for developers
  • Maintain relationships with referrers of work to ensure a steady flow of incoming transactions
  • Supervise a small team of Legal Assistants, providing training and support for their development
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for conveyancing transactions and ensure smooth completions

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience handling shared ownership cases independently
  • Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management systems (e.g. Proclaim)
  • Ability to manage a small team and contribute to their training and development
